What you will enjoy doing

As ALPLA’s Regional Sales and Key Account Manager in our entities in South East Asia, you represent the organization in all related undertakings of sales, marketing and key account strategies to improve current business, identify new market opportunities and ensure effective development and promotion of the company and its products.

  • Manage and retain established customer relationships as well as developing new accounts
  • Enhancing our geographical sales & customer footprint across South East Asia
  • Reaching and exceeding regional & country sales top line targets
  • Calculation and ownership of regional business plans within our account assignments
  • Responsible for regional sales & key account forecasting and tracking
  • Evaluation of market trends and gathering market and competition information, identify market trends related to current and future growth opportunities respectively profitability
  • Disseminate sales & marketing information to your related teams and superiors
  • Refine, deploy and implement our regional sales strategy in cooperation with our top management and related team members

What makes you great

  • Bachelor's or master degree in marketing management or business administration
  • Excellent proven track record of minimum 5 years in sales and key account management
  • Minimum five years managerial leadership experience preferably in an international manufacturing company, plastic packaging experience is of advantage
  • Expert knowledge in compiling numbers and creating excel spreadsheets including business plans
  • Highly disciplined team oriented personal attitude and target focused mindset
  • Analytical market research capabilities and related strategical execution drive
  • Good technical understanding in order to create the best value for our clients
  • Experience and enjoyment in working in an international matrix business environment
  • Ability to work independently in a young & dynamic international team
  • Strong negotiations-, communications- and conflict management skills
  • Excellent verbal, written English skills including presentations, German is of advantage
